Ganpati Tubes & Fabricators (P) Ltd., a company promoted by the promoters, has a track record of over five decades in the pipe industry. An ultramodern manufacturing facility spread over 9000 sq. m. with built-up area of 35000 Sq.Ft. has been installed at Bhiwadi (Rajasthan) to manufacture stainless steel pipes and tubes from 6 mm OD to 219 mm OD.

With an experience of more than 35 years of manufacturing stainless steel pipes and tubes, Ganpati Tubes is capable of meeting the customer’s specific needs within the range of production, and the products are always of high quality. A large production base ensures timely delivery even for the urgent requirements of the customers.

MANUFACTURING PROCESS

Manufacturing of Stainless Steel welded tubes & pipes commences with the formation of welded mother tubes and pipes on continuous tube mill from prime-quality stainless steel strips, using the latest TIG welding technique for superior weld quality and 100% fusion. Argon purging is used to prevent any contamination of the welded area of the tubes. These tubes are then annealed at 1050 ^oC–1100 oC in continuous annealing furnace, followed by immediate water quenching to prevent chromium carbide precipitation. Then these tubes are straightened in straightening machine.

Finally, these tubes are picked in a picking solution made of Nitric Acid and Hydrofloric Acid. This removes the scales formed during annealing. These tubes are checked by quality control people for checking all the parameters.
